Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is the ruling body of CAMM, and make all major decisions regarding CAMM business. The Board is comprised of the National Officers and Regional Vice Presidents. Several smaller committees including Sidelights, Web site, Membership, Election, and Constitution and Bylaws conduct inter Council business and report back to the Executive Committee.

Dedicated to supporting and improving the AMERICAN Merchant Marine, and supporting and improving the position of the man on the bridge by fostering the exchange of maritime information and experience, promoting advances in nautical education and training standards, and the publication of professional literature. The Council monitors, comments, supports or opposes local, state and federal legislation that would affect or be detrimental to the Master.
