President’s Report
Notice for National Constitution and By-Laws changes due Dec 1, 2004. All chapters need to send in a roster of their chapters to the National Secretary by December 1, 2004. The roster should list all of it’s members by National # which will show class of membership as well as identify them. Updated mailing and email addresses are requested. Also the chapter must report the number of their members who sailed on their licenses in 2004. This is necessary for calculating CAMM's IFSMA dues.

The rosters will be needed not only for Dave Smith to upgrade his records, (members frequently move or make changes without sending changes to CAMM) but to publish a new roster as well, which will be due early in 2005.Dave usually includes a similar form for members at large in his first national mailing.

Vice President’s Report

Treasurer’s Report

Columbia River Constitution and By-Laws Reviewed
In question are the ideas about boundaries where we draw our members, as proposed by the Seattle/Pacific Northwest Chapter. The statement proposed that the Columbia River chapter is only for Oregon State when most of our members are on Washington side of the Columbia River and we meet in Washington State. Proposed changes were rejected unanimously by vote.
