Witness Treatment by US Officials
Crews detained from violating ships

Opposed

Witnesses detained from violating ships to testify for the prosecution must be treated in the proper manner. They suffer loss of wages when detained and probably "blacklisting" by ships crewing agencies when they return to their home country. They should not be abused simply because they may collect a "Whistle Blowers Fee".
